Where is the Protein in a WFPB diet ?

Plant based natural foods have high protein in the correct combination with carbohydrates.

Did you know that peas and spinach and brussel sprouts are protein packed?  Don't forget that Cows and Horses have huge muscles, but they are completely vegetarian!!

Conditions that benefit from following a WFPB

Supports all metabolic conditions such as High Cholesterol, Heart Disease, PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, Autoimmune Conditions and more

Does following a WFPB diet mean I am turning vegan?

Not really.  Veganism is a lifestyle wherein one consciously tries to avoid using any animal products (e.g. leather belts) and follows environmentally friendly practices.

How does WFPB benefit the environment ?

Yes, the energy and resource usage of non plant based diets vs. plant based are well documented in the scientific community.
