Many of our patients find navigating the process of submitting insurance claims to be complicated. It certainly can be. To make your life easier, for those patients who would like to do so, we have partnered with Reimbursify to enable you to file your claim within minutes. After the conclusion of your appointment (or anytime afterwards), you may request our team to provide you with a 'Super-Bill' which details the services provided with the corresponding codes recognized by insurance.
Once you've received your Super-Bill, you can use the link below to submit your claim directly to your insurance company. If a copy of the visit note is requested it is provided also. A copy of the visit note is sent as an attachment to the registered email by AtlasMD.
